Dismissing the members of the Observers Council of the Regional Public Broadcasting Institution (RPBI) the company „Teleradio-Gagauzia”
On 27.07.2006, the Moldovan Parliament adopted the Moldovan Broadcasting Code (henceforth – the Code), which was published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova no.131-133 of 18.08.2006 and entered force on that day. Working out and adopting the Code was meant to adjust the national broadcasting legislation to the European and international standards.

Supervising the work of the Broadcasting Coordinating Council by the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova
The work of the Broadcasting Coordinating Council (BCC), an autonomous public authority, the representative and the guarantor of the public interests in the broadcasting sector, an authority responsible for implementing and observing the Broadcasting Code, is supervised by the Parliament by debating on the BCC's annual report. This study refers exclusively to the procedure of the debate within the Parliament and not to the contents of the BCC's report.

Teleradio-Moldova's Task-Book for 2009
The Task-Book “drafted by the president of the Company, by the radio director, by the television director, by the heads of departments of the company” (art.62 (2), approved by the Observers Council (OC), endorsed by the BCC (art. 40 (e) and finally approved by the Parliament lies at the basis of the activity of the company Teleradio-Moldova”. The Task-Book includes the Financial Plan and the Program Policy Declaration.

The Regulation on managing the Broadcasters Supporting Fund
On December 4, 2007, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council (BCC), through Decision 125, approved of the Regulation on managing the Broadcasters Supporting Fund (Fund). The BCC observing national and international regulations in the case of the public notification concerning the speech of the program “Poveşti cu măşti” (Tales with Masks), broadcasted by the NIT TV station
On 17 April, 2008, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council (BCC) publicly discussed whether to include into the order of the day the controversial issue concerning the program “Poveşti cu măşti” (Tales with Masks) of the NIT TV station. Debating that matter was publicly announced for the BCC’s sitting of April 8, a sitting that never took place.
