The Audiovisual Media Services Code of the Republic of Moldova has now an exhaustive explanatory commentary published this year, which aims to offer a better understanding of the national audiovisual legislation, as a pre-condition for its proper implementation.
The authors of the Commentary are Ion Bunduchi, Vasile State, Alexandru Dorogan, Eugeniu Ribca and Jean-François Furnémont.
The explanatory Commentary of the Audiovisual Media Services Code has been developed by Council of Europe project „Promoting European standards in the audio-visual regulation of the Republic of Moldova.”
